DESIGNER JEWELRY PLACE VENDÔME

Lorenz Bäumer has always wanted to place his life under the sign of creation. Create
is obvious, awake or asleep, day or night. It's a pleasure
also, that the jeweler can share daily with those he does not necessarily know, those who wear his designer jewelry. If beauty is the promise of happiness and life in pink; to be a jewelry designer is first and foremost to keep this promise. It takes some talent, and
above all, do not compartmentalize them, let them enrich themselves, be an artist
complete. But above all, the main driver of this eternal desire to create
is passion. Without a passion of size, nothing is possible because with the
passion it is possible to dare, to learn, to invent and reinvent the
designer jewelry collections.

It is therefore Place Vendôme, the only possible address in France for
a jeweler pretending to excellence, that the jewelry designer Lorenz Bäumer
established its Cabane du Créateur in Paris, a veritable cabinet of ideas, an incubator of emotions and beauty, a research laboratory, a creative space where new concepts are born and where new techniques are tested. Our exceptional creations reflect the unique corporate culture of Bäumer Vendôme and our activity: art, originality, know-how and a touch of madness. Every day, customers discover this creative force and what results from it: amazing designer jewellery,
surprising, and totally revolutionary.

THE SOURCES OF INSPIRATION FOR DESIGNER JEWELRY

The jeweler's sources of inspiration are numerous, but nature and its
fruits are certainly what Lorenz Bäumer wants more than anything to keep
in the form of designer jewelry collections, for rings, necklaces,
pendants, bracelets and other exceptional pieces, in white or pink gold.

Indeed, it is the magic of jewelry! Anything that is perishable and fragile can
gain access to eternal life. This precious flower will not wither, this branch
cherry tree won't need water, this stem won't break. All is
possible ! This jewelry designer tames nature and submits it to his
will. There the most delicate leaf curls, here a petal arises and
holds as if by magic. Everything is ordered to the rhythm that the jeweler imposes,
following a harmony of which he is the composer.

The jeweler is a tightrope walker, running on the wire of the
creation, stretched between today and tomorrow. When the balance is perfect,
time stops, and designer jewelry is born.

EXCEPTIONAL MATERIALS FOR DESIGNER JEWELRY

The quality of the gold, white or pink, but above all of the stones, is the point of
starting from an extraordinary achievement, from the luxurious experience that a customer
can pick up in France, and more precisely on the Place Vendôme of
Paris, at a jewelry designer.

The choice of stones is really at the heart of the creative process. A stone can
inspire the creation of a ring, a brooch, a pair of earrings
earrings and other parts. Two stones together are like a fire
fireworks. A sizeable challenge is then given to the jeweler, creator of
bespoke jewelry, Lorenz Bäumer: create alchemy, the perfect balance
between all these elements, each more noble and luxurious than the other.

The stones on which he bets the most are colored diamonds. It is to know that these
colored diamonds represent only 5% of the diamonds in the world, they are
therefore extremely rare. Her favorite stones: colored tourmalines
saturated, peridots, spinels. The land of the most amazing stones? Brazil, where all the colors of creation come together: imperial topazes, rarer than diamonds, with delicate shades of peach; tourmalines whose hues vary according to those of the rainbow; amethysts in
bishop's robe, with reflections full of mystery, shimmering citrines like a
honey, or even emeralds, captious mint from secret gardens… Here are the
components of the finest designer jewelry collections.

THE STEPS IN MAKING A CREATIVE JEWELRY

At the base of creation: drawing. The drawing is a
obligatory passage in the realization of designer jewelry, a projection of the idea
in two dimensions, before moving on to modeling in space. The idea
must come immediately, it must spring on paper. There
workshop production begins with art, and only art: the
creator is inspired by an original message that he wishes to communicate to the public,
of a particular corporate culture, of a shaped stone that attracts
look… We classify, we number, we structure and we make the selection of all
the different ideas without exception, classic or extravagant, so as not to
keep only the best. All that remains is for inspiration to be drawn,
reworked, then drawn again, until obtaining a final result
of exception.

Once the desire for creation has been expressed, the Maison's workshops
take over. It's hundreds and hundreds of hours of work
necessary for the creation of designer jewellery. You have to carve, mold,
melting, chiseling, pre-polishing, drilling the setting. The creation of products and objects belonging to a
collection operates within the same technical structure. We classify, weigh, measure and
we make the selection of the shaped stones before proceeding to the assembly and
setting the jewel, then we affix its serial number. After assembly,
the technical manufacture of the products and objects forming a collection is
made to measure in the workshop. Then is made available the
stone care and usage information. This requires almost a hundred hours of work. Then the cut, the setting of the stones and the finishes again require more than one
fifty hours of meticulous work and rare expertise. Obviously,
at Bäumer Vendôme, our sales activity is followed by the provision
information about the maintenance of the stone and the use of the
designer jewelry. All these know-how combined, these
efforts and these hours are undoubtedly a sine qua non condition for the
realization of an exceptional piece, which will provoke in its sponsor a
unforgettable emotion.

EXCEPTIONAL DESIGNER JEWELRY

Exceptional workshops, lapidaries, diamond dealers, goldsmiths all put their know-how
of exception at the service of the creation of jewelery in France. It is
master all possible techniques and invent new ones to
succeed in shaping the idea of the creators.

Some of Lorenz Bäumer's creations give movement to stones
precious by freeing them, for the moment of an illusion, from the laws of
gravity; they then capture a maximum of light and throw a multitude of
lights. The Menotte ring “levitates” a sapphire between the fingers; the two emeralds
of another ring seem to float on the hand, held by a chain
mysteriously decorative. One of Lorenz Bäumer's first designer jewels,
which of course did not leave indifferent.

In addition, some creations include the components most
more unusual: meteorites, daguerreotypes, stones from ancient Petra,
3,000-year-old polymorphic Egyptian god figurine… Creativity
overflowing jeweler is limitless and even manages to divert some
objects of their traditional or historical function. Habits and customs are
reversed, revisited, like crimping techniques, constantly
reinvented... Here is the recipe for the most beautiful designer jewelry for rings,
earrings, pendants and other exceptional pieces, set with
diamonds and other precious stones.

THE IMPORTANCE OF DETAILS IN DESIGNER JEWELRY

An exceptional jeweler must strive for perfection, down to the smallest
details. All elements, even those reputed to be inconspicuous or deliberately
hidden, are worked to the point of obsession: interiors and backs of the jewels
creator, special sizes for gemstones, systems, engravings and
cutouts, joints whose secrets will only be revealed little by little, sometimes never.

At first glance, the details obviously do not appear. They
yet make all the difference between ordinary jewelry and large
achievements: designer jewellery. These carry a message
unique to the public. These details are similar to
hundredth of a second thanks to which the sportsman will reach the first step of the
podium and which will have cost him so much effort.
